Re registering with T Mobile as new customer
Hello
After a bit of fruitless haggling with T Mobile, I have cancelled my contract with them. The reason being, existing customers aren't offered the same deals as new customers, the specific offer is an iphone 5 for new customer, £99 upfront, then £26 per month, old customers get the same deal but have to pay £199 ! not on your nelly smelly
What I would like to know is, once my thirty days notice is up, can I re register with them as a new customer and get the better deal ?.
I can't see why not, but what do I know

Yes that should work fine, I find it strange they wont match that

in worst case buy the same deal from elsewhere, P4u and cpw offering that deal at the moment0 -
Hi,
Every time my contract is up I switch to either a pay as you go sim with a different provider, or to a rolling 30 day contract, again with a different provider.
This way I can always go back to my T-Mobile or my current provider (if they have a better deal for a new customer than an existing one).
The key thing to do is to port your number to the new sim. That way you are always treated as a new customer.
You shouldn't have to do this, as the same deals OR BETTER(!) should be made available to existing customers...
R.Cheers, Rob

No need to wait until the notice is up, especially if you buy a new contract through a third party that is likely to offer a better deal than T-mobile directly....

Thanks so much for the replies.
I was surprised they didn't match the deal too, but hey ho, their loss.
The best they could do was an iPhone 4 which was free, but the package wasn't as good.0
