Cost of flights to Tenerife?

Options
Hello,

I am looking at flights to Tenerife from either the Midlands or London area leaving late Sep/Early Oct.

On Martins flightchecker the prices for the midlands are coming up as approx £200pp and London is about £170pp. I was just wondering if this is indicative of prices for that time of year or are they likely to go up/come done at all. I have signed up with the majority of airlines email sign up's so any sale notices should come through but I wasn't sure of what prices are normally for that time of year?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mark.

Sorry but I find the sites flight checker pretty hopeless .

Skyscanner is much better especially if you set the search to month/ year view

Once I find my flights I then check the price directly with the airline

What are you planning to do for accomodation OP? Have you looked at a package?

I've just come back from Tenerife and booked a couple of months ago.

The package cost £350 pp incl Flights, transfers, suitcases and B+B in a hotel. The same flights were over £200 pp on their own, so in this case, much cheaper than booking separately.

Thanks Catwoman we did look at that at first but decided on getting a privately rented apartment - couple of reasons -

We were looking for a self catering place as my wife is a coeliac so think we may struggle with food at some places. Plus we were looking at a place with 2 bedrooms as we are taking our 20 month old son and wanted a separate room for him to sleep in. Because of the extra costs of the second room it was coming out quite expensive.
