Mole hill

In which case maybe you should have said 'out of courtesy should I drop a note to the Landlord'. I'm sorry if it sounded abrupt but as a LL of quite a few properties it can get rather annoying when certain tenants can't even tighten a screw without picking the phone up.
I guess I should have asked whose responsibility is it to decide if any action would be required. We have no direct dealings with the LL as we rent through an agency otherwise I would have just dropped them a note or email. But we have to go via the agency who then go to the landlord and I was actually not wanting to cause anyone hassle if it was a clear cut tenant responsibility/non issue.0 -
upside down milk bottle (if they even exist anymore) stuffed into the hill used to work wonders for us, the wind blowing on it makes a sound them moles dont like.0

We used to have a mole. One day a hill appeared. Five cats (ours and the neighbours, they all get along) sat around it and waited... We no longer have a mole. Whether they ate it or it thought better of sticking its head up in our garden again I'm not sure. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

do u not think tenants do this(ring contact by othe means) to stop landlords - like you moaning that its wrong /weren't supost to do it etc then billing huge amounts at end of tenancy for not ringing to report it
most landlords would be happy to have contact with tenants -- and nice ones that dont hide whats happened/broken
well done op on being caring /though-full , if it was me id let the landlord know u got a few " visitors" and thought ud make him aware in case he wants to do anything0 -

I'm amazed! Loads of posts and no one has said, "Don't make a mountain....."
No, I'm not saying it!
Very difficult things, moles. I have a couple of traps and a cat that will sit there all day, just so it can ambush something. Never had one yet.
As for the sonic deterrent thing, I gave up on that when the mole pushed it over. :mad:0 -
If he isn't doing any harm, then leave him alone.0

Just fill its hole in. :cool:0
