Have you been election spammed?

I am fedup with Lib Dems in my area. Just got another Election promotion form Jon Neal (who hopes to win David Davis's seat).

What gets me is the total negative content of the leaflet (like all the others he pushes out) attacking the Conservatives and David Davis all the time.

And then Jon Neal has the gaul to claim: "Decent and fair-minded people are put off by the relentlessly negative Conservative campaign and their avoidance of big issues".

He then states: "Everyone's talking about Jon Neal", but I have yet to see a single comment about Jon Neal in any Lib Dem brochure that is from any source other than their own! In fact, when he claims 'everyone is talking about Jon Neal' he includes a quote from the Sunday Telegraph to prove it, but that quote only talks about David Davis, Oliver Letwin and Tim Collins - not even a mention of Jon Neal!

Also, until this latest leaflet, they advertised the Lib Dem Manifesto as being available via a £1.50p/min Premium Rate number for several minutes! We on MSE would love that wouldn't we?

And Jon Neal's website claims that the latest odds on skybet.com are that he is odds-on to win the seat! That is totally false, the Conservatives are 8-15 favourites when I checked!

I even had a 'personal letter' from Charles Kennedy. A nice man but I am registered with the Mailing Preference Service, so why write to me?
