Best deal for calls only

Hi all,
I wondered if anyone knows of a mobile contract for calls only. My future mother-in-law has an old Nokia that she knows how to use so doesn't want a new handset but she's currently paying Orange £26 a month. She has had a stroke so is unable to read or write text messages and doesn't use any data but she spends hours on the phone. My girlfriend pays her contract so has to pay extra when her mum goes over her monthly call allowance. All of the deals i can see include texts and data which must bump up the price. Is it possible to get something like 1000 minutes a month and nothing else? Thanks.

Virgin Mobile do 1200 Mins/Unl texts/1GB Data for £12pm on a one month agreement.

I don't think there is anyway to reduce texts/data on 99% of todays contracts.

No other network does over 1000 mins for that price though so it's the best deal out there if you need a high allowance of minutes.

    Vectone do 1000 for £10.
Virgin's unlimited for £15 is worth mentioning too.

Thanks for the replies. I'll look into Virgin I think. Since I discovered Ovivo even £10 a month seems expensive lol
