But in the future will they use her bank details that's what we are suspicious of xxx

But if people thought like that, maybe they shouldn't enter competitions.

It's only like entering a form with your name, date of birth, address, phones number. All the essentials for identity theft. BUT, I bet you still enter them, am I right?

Comping really isn't for suspicious people, in my opinion.

Also, peachy loans has a registered consumer credit license number.

Tobyjack are you affiliated to the company? You seem awfully desperate to prove they are legit. :D

I think in some instances people are correct to be suspicious (rightly or wrongly, it's just common sense to ask questions first) and this is one of them.

No , I have NEVER been associated with this company . The reason I know there legit is because my sister won twice with them . They are a registered company and they have over 11 thousand likes on Facebook (oh I suppose there fake too right?)

Yes, people have a right to to suspicious. But they enter the comp , and then question the authenticity after winning . Surely if your suspicious , you don't enter in the first place ?

I have had a couple of wins from PayDay loan companys (though not peachy), provided my bank details and had no problems.
I don't know why they are requesting an address as well though.

They are in the business of sending money out to people in the shortest space of time which would be electronic transfer?

I used to think that there was no way they could use these details to take money from a person but it appears they can set up a direct debit as famously proved when Jeremy Clarkson published his account details in a newspaper column.
