I bought an item from a private seller on Ebay; it was described as "in perfect working order" but it turned out to be faulty. The seller was very nice when I contacted them and agreed to refund me so I could then return it. I…

Well, the refund is now appearing on my credit card so it seems to have gone though OK.

I guess I should be OK to post the item now, but will be sending it Special Delivery just in case.
