Hi every 1,
Well as i said in an earlier post i got my new dell laptop yesterday, but ive noticed tonite that the sound coming from the right speaker is quite crackly, the left 2 seems to be fine, and ive not even got the volume up high and its really annoying, as soon as i do use anything that has sound you can hear it, before i contact dell i just wondered if there was anything i could do to try and sort this, or is it better to be left to the experts ?
thanks

It's new, so should be flawless in operation. Call Dell and have them replace it. You know it makes sense!
It could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
Best of luck to you!
I've spent a week being passed from one department to another at Dell and they are all in India! I still haven't resolved my problem and now I don't know who to turn to.Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

what is your problem flyer hardware/software?Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0 -
I bought a desktop 2 weeks ago but had problems immediately with the monitor flicking on and off. I asked them to replace it but they said all they could do was refund it and I would have to re order it. I have tried to re order it but the offer is no longer available! I've told loads of people all I wanted was the PC REPLACING but I'm getting nowhere.Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0
