Hi all,
My gf has been recieving texts from sms.ac and charging her 50p for each text. she did not sign up for this service. She has spoken to T-mobile who has said that it s from a company called WIN and gave a phone number for her to call them. They also said that if she texts stop to the number than it will do.
It hasnt stopped and they are still charging her and texing her.
What can she do to stop this?
Any advice on how she can claim back her money on this (£36 last month and £19 so far this month)?
Can Ofcom do anything about this?
