May be totally different scenario, however, may not. Either put the name of the town on her and/or PM me and we can see if it is.

Do you mean this is the last date you can open a dispute or you have had a dispute open and can close it today.

I can close it any time, but it will close automatically on wed (sometime???) as they are open for 20 days.

I am not sure what to do if I dont get it tomorrow.

If you close it tomorrow does it mean you get your money back, if so I would definitely do this if it then turns up you could either pay again or return it, but I certainly wouldn't let the dispute close itself if that means no refund.

Close the dispute now, they're just stringing you along?

If the item does appear you can always pay again to square things up.
    The money, Dave...

Sounds to me like they know the dispute system well!! They are obviously stringing you along until you run out of time. I don't know of any seller who will post out 4 times, by now most sellers would have refunded, apologised and asked you to forget about it.

    update .....

are you all bored of this yet?

Well nothing arrived yesterday , though last indication was that that they posted it at the weekend and I would get on Wed as bank holiday on Monday.

I went for a claim yesterday, as my claim expires today.

In the paypal claim I explained I was happy to redirect item back should it arrive.

Today get email from him saying that he had posted three times I had not replied and he was not happy I had gone to a claim.

Now my natural instinct is to reply and expalin (its actually 4 times mailed if he has posted them all) BUT should I????
