3rd item lost in the post????

You may recall that I started a dispute whne I had not recieved an item. Through the dispute they said they had sent it twice already .... was my address correctetc.

Update was they must have been on hol...said would sent last Fri by recorded. Then go a message saying 'sent today' which I received on Sunday.

Now I am a loathe to get into too much contact ....I bought my item in April... they just seem too lax. Dispute started on the 10th May .

I realize of course its only a few days since the weekend when it was posted....BUT I do get most of my mail next day... I am just getting a 'feeling' about it.

What do you lot think .... the item itself is easily replacable (they sell a few) and total cost is under a fiver. How long should I wait given I have a week left in the dispute?

If you only have a week left to put in a dispute then I'd do it now. They are stringing you along and have had plenty of time to get your item to you. Also I'd leave neg feedback.

I also would continue with the dispute , but if you leave negitive feedback they will likely do the same , even though you havnt done anything wrong.

And thats a reason not to leave a neg and warn other buyers? A calm factual reply to their retalitiatory neg shows them up for what they are.

Ask for proof of postage and recorded delivery slip to be e-mailed. That way you'll know whether they sent it or not. If two items have already gone missing in the post then surely they are claiming from the post office so you'd have got two letters from the post office asking if you'd received the item. If not you should get them soon.

If nothing arrives in tomorrows mail, I will email for recorded number (as theysaid they would send it that way) . But am decidedly cheesed off with their cavelier manner.

OK its not a huge amount but a little curtesey and concern would have helped.

I emailed them askling if its 1 or 2 nd recorded?

    Thier reply?

Sent 1st class at the start of the week Thats twice now ....your posties must be stealing

    OH YEAH ????

Its actually 3 times !! As I said this seller is just too lax. My posties are ace ... How dare he say that ! Also said he would post on Fri ....got email on Sun saying it was posted, now, saying it was start of the week. Which one is true?

Ok so if I close this dispute now ...what should I do and how do I get my money??

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that, hopefully someone will. Did they give you a recorded delivery number? If not then I think they are lying!

Was it a seller based in Northern Ireland by any chance? (only because I had a similar thing happen to me, and many others from this joker) Trying to find out as much as I can
