Do you have a UK passport? If not, that might be a reason. I'd pop into a Branch with passport and proof of address (utility bill etc) and see what they can do for you.0 -

It sounds like the application was keyed incorrectly, I would definitely check with Santander.

Just remember in future, the only credit ratings worth anything are those generated by the financial institution which you're applying. When experian start offering financial products their scores may gain some credibility.
The refusal could be as simple as people with your profile are insufficiently profitable for the bank.0 -
