I bought a Samsung Galaxy from Tesco. I incorrectly thought all Tesco phones were unlocked.
However my O2 sim works, makes calls fine, wifi fine but mobile internet won't work. When I put my sim back in my old phone the mobile internet won't work on that either. O2 sent me a new sim but I still can't connect to the internet.
O2 haven't been able to help.

you need to input the apn settings for o2
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I've just reread the first post, you say that putting the sim back in the old phone doesn't get the internet working?

You do have mobile data enabled on your account? As at the moment it sounds like you don't? Might be worth a call to CS to confirm with services you're enabled for...
