Sky+HD deals

I have a current Sky+ subscription for just the basic channels paying £22 per month.
I have just bought a new TV with a HD tuner, previous TV was a CRT TV, and I don't like the terrestrial EPG, no push a button then stop when I reach a channel I want to watch.
Also only 4 terrestrial HD channels?:(
I therefore have decided, if I can get a suitable deal, to get a Sky + HD box.
So are there any deals or codes to enable me to get a HD Sky + box and still pay £22, or even less, per month?
When I got my original Sky + box it was through a recommend a friend type deal.

Phone them up and tell Sky you want to cancel. They'll put you through to "cancellation" (customer retentions) and you can negotiate.
My basic sky box has stopped working and Sky phoned me to try to get me to upgrade. I told the lady on the phone I wanted to cancel and they have offered me a free sky+ HD box, free installation, a 10% reduction in my monthly bills for a year and £10 credit for the time my box has been broken.
Worth a try?0
