    When things only happen once in years, it's not hugely unlucky if they don't happen.

    If you hold the 30K, you wouldn't be able to reinvest the £400 prizes, so they couldn't possibly win any prizes themselves.

    As to the OP, you could only answer this if you waited for an infinity of draws, it's random, I have blocks of bonds that have never one £25, and others blocks that get drawn "regularly".
