Message is advertising a £100 voucher with talktalk brand and home phone but I can only seem to get it with a £70 voucher

That is what the message says on the web page Email says £100.
Sign up before 11.59pm on Thu 23 May and you'll get a £70 Love2Shop voucher a BT line), you won't get the voucher.
