Can't you get hinges that lift the door as it opens specifically for these problems.
Those are rising butt hinges, and you use them if the frame leans in to the room, or the floor slopes upwards away from the frame. I have some on two doors, as the screed floor is far from level. But the OP has solved the problem, which is good.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0
