Both Norton & AVG installed would account for the slowness. Everything else looks reasonably good.

Thanks it seems to be running fine today. I'll check the links you have included to ensure that all traces of it are gone.

Would you recommend putting Malwarebytes on too?

Yes, but uncheck the free trial of the pro version at the end of the installation. It's one of three pre-checked boxes.
