Hi all

Hope some can advice, I have LG8120 since sept. on 3 network last night I switched on and it lost all settings, when I make a call it switches off or do anything, can't switch it back on till I remove battery, when someone phones me same thing happens. Sometime it switches on with a different language, so any help advice what is the best step forward.

This happened to me a couple of months ago. Apparently there is a software fault. You need to send it back to be repaired. I got mine back within 3 days and it's fine now

thank you very for advice, afterward it was asking for a security key when switching on which I did not create. 0000 didn't work. Anyway after phoning 3 and their repair centre they are sending a replacement phone today and taking the old one away, been told it will be recondition phone same model with new software or a new model phone.. so we wait and see, hope it's the newer model :)
