if you mean it needs unlocking then you can do it yourself with a serial data cable otherwise you need to find a pro with the correct equipment0

MSE Member james-73 who works at mobyrepairs sell the cheapest cables and you get the software with it for unlocking them, he has one on ebay at the moment for £3.99 and p+p is £3.99, when unlocked you can re-sell them on ebay to get the money back you paid. The ebay item number is 2701204759390
