Tried all that; the modem 'DOES' reset, the lights flash in sequence when it reboots, and the side light goes purple, until it comes back on.

Spoke to cable, they refused to send engineer or new superhub, and said they would charge £75

EVENTUALLY after much arguing, they agreed to send new hub foc, but no money off bill of anything..

Even though the modem, for all intents and purposes resets, you still cannot login to it, and the wireless settings have not been reset.

Just been doing a Google, maybe need a Windows repair, if I can find the CD.
