Hi everyone , I need an advice please
I bought Toshiba LED TV 10 month ago I find USB pout isn't working so I sent it to them , it took 4 weeks then they sent it with broke in the plug , 2 weeks then sent it okay but i don't trust their work , called Toshiba customer service for return , they said call the company that i bought it from them , called them today , waiting for call me back
could they return or refund for me by low please ?

What did you find was wrong with the USB port?
General guide is that the retailer should be allowed 3 attempts at repair. You trusting their work, or not, doesn't really matter.
Your relationship here is with the retailer, not Toshiba.0 -
Not a chance. There is the expectation it worked originally, so under warranty, they need to fix it. All this assumes they do not claim the socket has been damaged by the customer.0
