Nationwide online banking

So I signed up for a nationwide online saver and ISA which I thought couldn't be simpler. They sent me all of the following separately:
> Letter saying Both accounts are open and my savings account number, no ISA details, instructions to sign up to online banking. Did this which consisted of using my savings account number to request they send me something by post and creating some memorable data!
> ISA application form - already did this online!
> ISA transfer forms - as requested
> Letter saying ISA is open and I can use it online - no account details, guessing I'll only know these when I log in online. I need them to be able to fill out the transfer form!
> Savings card
> Savings card pin
> Letter containing my customer number and online pin
Now there were 2 weeks between the first and the second letter and I've tried to log in but it's having none of it! Could be that I've got my memorable data wrong (pretty sure I can remember it though) but there are no prompts/security questions. It's suggesting I need to re-register, which means them sending me a new pin through the post!
Now it's probably my fault for slipping up with my memorable data but what a cumbersome clunky system if ever I saw one!!!

After waiting an hour to try again it worked with exactly the same details!
