I didn't spend the money there, I just used it as a way of getting cash when I didn't have any. Like I said, I was in a bad place and not thinking properly back when I did all this.
I'm (apparently) still banned from the casino because the last 4 cheques the bank wouldn't honour, even though they were guaranteed. Thats done me a favour actually!0 -

? Given that there has been no such thing for over 18 months.... If you post dated them, then again they would not be honoured...
But if you did prior to cheque guarantee being removed then they will be chasing you for payment....

I'm pretty sure the customer refunds team were set up to refund people who were charged(o/d, unpaid items etrc) incorrectly on old/defunct savings accounts when they shouldn't have been.0
