Upgrading With Carphone Warehouse, Credit Check.
Does anyone know if Carphone Warehouse do a credit check when you upgrade on O2?
I tried to upgrade today directly with O2 to the HTC One and they want to charge £49.99 for the phone.
Carphone warehouse are offering the same deal but the phone is free.
O2 refused to match this deal, despite me threatening to leave the network completely.
So, if I choose to upgrade with Carphone warehouse will they credit check for my upgrade?

O2 told me they would match any offer that any walk in mobile phone shop ie phones4u or carphone warehouse. But if I was you I would upgrade with carphone warehouse online as if you go through top cash back its £50 for upgrades and you get the phone free!0
