I've been reading up on this apple cider vinegar the hubby is forcing down me, which so far has worked. Apparently its good for allsorts, it speeds up your metabolism and clears your skin as well as clearing your sinuses
I think I'm onto a good thing here! AND, you don't have to drink it, you can take it in capsule formI am a Mortgage Adviser

Do Holland & Barrett still offer allergy testing?
Might be worth a few quid as you're obviously getting nowhere with your Doc.
warm water with lemon juice in the morning helps loosen off your mucus (sounds awful I know)
Air your quilt over a bannister to dry it off- helps asthmatic kids, so I think it might help you, MM.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Wow the doctors are treating you disgustingly!! I have had a very simlar as you(except my Doc was very good about it)Got a very bad cold bout 5 yrs ago, when it cleared up syill congested in my ears etc,got continuous ear infecs, then fluid in my ear then chronic sinnisitis, got refferd to Ent had allergy tests, nasal op etc...
They firstly told me they thought it was dustmite allergy,so i cleaned like a maniac for 1 years, didnt do a thing, then got my allergy test,it was Grass allergy.
What i did to get through ent quicker was ask my doc to refer me privatley, saw a Bupa doc paid £100 for him to say got chronic sinnusitis and also need op and allergy test and CAT scan, and got HIM to refer back to the NHS so i skipped the waiting time but got all i needed for free as no way could i afford anything but the consultation,i know its a lot of money but i really thought it was worth it as i know how awful it can be.
Please dont get rid of ya dogs yet and i have to say i'd change docs over this as this is an appalling way to treat anyone.
Hugs

Thanks Danni
I suppose going private is a good option - I'm the main earner AND main childcarer in our house so if I'm not up to it things tend to slip. we are just considering getting a cleaner and someone to do the ironing so I can lighten my load. I hope to god its not a grass allergy, since I live in the middle of about 8 acres of it. I'm still feeling rather bad, I don't think my doc realised how debilitating it is for me, even when I tried to explain I had to talk for a living!I am a Mortgage Adviser
