Job At Risk - Please help

Sadly, I've just been told my job is at risk and all members of our team are to be placed into a compulsory selection pool. This is my first job since Uni so completely new to this whole experience.
I'm sure most of my questions will be answered during a consultation with my line manager but as she is extremely busy I was hoping I could gain some insight from this forum.
My questions are:
Q1. Does employment law state that my company must publish/share the criteria that will be used during the selection process and how this is weighted? e.g length of service, performance, qualifications, experience, absence etc...?
Q2. In our brief I was made aware of a preference to exit option, is this the same as voluntary redundancy or something completely different?
Q3. Does my company have to publish the number of people in my selection pool vs the number of available vacancies or is this kept private?
Q4. If my application for the same role is successful, can they enforce any contractual changes to my employment such as pay, location, hol & pension entitlement?
Thankyou

q2.
VR is what ever a company wants it to be
q4.
You have to make sure you know what you are applying for/being offered.
if they are the same jobs then they should be the same jobs so make sure this is clarified.
if different then they should be looked as as potentialy suitable alternatives.
Some companies are a bit sneeky and get people to apply for new jobs on new T&C's bypassing the redunacny rules.0
