The website that it happened on today is http://www.bowlsgloves.com/ but it's happened several times on other sites.

I've just tried using IE and it's OK.

I think I've followed the instructions correctly, but it hasn't made any difference - it still directs me to that site.

You must not have done it correctly. When I set opera to use the Yandex web service, clicking a mailto: link opens the page you see.

Taking the website you mentioned earlier as an example.

Clicking the mailto: link on the contact us page...
