hi
when i moved into my new house we could only get half a meg internet so playing movies etc was impossible, no cable or faster broadband in our area.
along comes littlebigone.com with 10 meg + speeds in our area, so i switched from sky.. also my payment went up from £10 to £25, but its worth it as pages load quicker etc...
now 8 months down the line sky have upgraded and i could get better speeds than before but i am in a 2 year contract so i thought tough luck..
today i get a letter from littlebigone.com saying they have sold the company and my contract has been taken over by a new ISP..
as i didnt originally agree to sign for the new company is my contract void or so i still ahve to go the full 2 year?
cheers

What do your Ts&Cs say?
I wouldn't have thought you can get out of it TBH.0 -
No you can't void it, they are perfectly entitled to sell on the contract if they wish. You could only void it without penalty if the new ISP tried to change the T&C's to your detriment. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
