Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Stop illegal parking - this will never go to court ever - ignore them! But send that image off to the dvla as they are making claims of authority foi@dvla.gis.gov.uk and also your local trading standards

Okay, I've decided not to pay but send an appeal letter.

Since they are not government run, then I have to be careful what information I give them in that letter so as to not give them a way to identify me.

This means no return address, no name. The only info they need about me is the car registration and a scan of the ticket.

In the letter I will state that I was in the marked bay, had purchased a valid ticket (will send a scan of the ticket and parking notice) and see no notification that I had breached any terms of the contract.

I have dark photographs to show, but are not very visible (taken on a phone camera at night), but they are still photograph of something.

Should I ask them to provide photographic evidence of the crime I am accused of? In which case, won't they need an address to send it to?

What else do you advice I put or not put in the letter? from your experiences, what is most likely to happen?

I would wait until they write to the RK of the vehicle, why go through it all when you can cost them money etc by getting your details and writing to you?

Appealing anonymously is pointless. Waiting for the Notice To Keeper gives them yet more opportunities to slip up. Given that Notice To Driver getting the NTK wrong is a 100% certainty.

There name and website appears on the BPA website AOS list. If this something i should be concerned about?

If someone could post a like to some legal rule about the grace period of paying a reduce rate within 24 hours before it goes up, it would be very much appreciated.

'Legal rule' LOL!!! This is a scam fake PCN! Not an authority, not a fine! You seem to have missed my advice which followed your first post:

I have already told you they are on the AOS members list.

And I already pointed out the difference in name on the ticket than on the AOS members list.

And shown you a thread about them.

And showed you an example of the ticket.

And told you to wait for the Notice to Keeper!. Do not decide to appeal NOW. Wait. We know what we are talking about and if you pay this scam you've been had, hook line and sinker.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
