selling new mobile

I know a lot of people get upgrades which includes a brand new phone and they sell them for cash.

Is it legal to order and sign up to a brand new contract with a brand new phone (not upgrade an existing contract) and then sell the phone for quick cash?

Thanks

In my words; nonsense - it always is if the deal is right. Then again, most deals aren't right.

Getting nostalgic for the good old days, mj ? When there were so many good deals that one didn't know which ones to grab. (and petrol was under 70p per litre) ;)

Not THAT long ago. I still order contracts for others but I'm not quite that desperate yet - resent paying anything - but selling the phone on some contracts could (just) make them free. It's just that the bundles aren't worth having. I'll be down to just 3 contracts by the end of this month - can't remember having so few for years. But two of them will last another 12 months some need to panic just yet!

I guess its partly down to the success of people claiming their cashback - hence they are cutting back on decent bundles with a reasonable value phone. Its all your fault mobilejunkie :D
