I don't know why you are making such a fuss.

The photos on the website made it very clear what the accommodation was like inside. It looks rather fun to me.

They are being very reasonable in refunding you your accommodation costs - they would be quite with their rights (booking conditions) to have refused this.

What you are asking/demanding is essentially a free upgrade to a much more expensive holiday.

If they gave into unreasonable demands like that, everyone would start booking the cheapest holiday package and then making a fuss until they were given a free upgrade.
