    I have had a reply from Ian Williams the director of comms as well as others. I am ringing but there are only so many times you can hear we have no update, we will call you.

    Coming to the conclusion I will never get my money back. Called again earlier and got the same crap "we currently cannot transact your funds". Hello weekend this will be fun. I'm going to take legal action on Monday.

    If it's for suspected money laundering, it'll do no good apart from cost you even more money. The only thing they'll say is "We have no update, we'll call you when we do.". They are not legally allowed to say anything else.

    Very strange... I've had 5 grand to 8 grand via paypal transfers to my HSBC account and this was like a year ago didn't get any letters or calls and account ain't closed 0.o


    Maybe because i have a credit card tied to the account - they don't dare close it ?
