Npower price fix 2016 or EDF Blue 2015

Hi, I'm looking for some advice, I'm currently on the EDF fixed price 2014 tariff. I was wondering if it maybe best to move to a new fixed rate tariff. My annual electricity consumption is 2861KWh and my gas was 5178KWh. I'm not really much of a heavy user.
I did a quick search on uSwitch and it recommends the EDF blue 2015, it only costs an odd £22 more a year. But I'm debating switching to the Npower trariff since the fix is longer. Anyone have any advice?

Your usage figures appear all over the shop.

The accuracy of comparison sites is only as good as the accuracy of the annual consumption figures you input.0 -
The latest ones are more accurate. I honestly have no idea how I was using so much before. I got the annual usage figures from my latest bill. I'm leaning towards the Npower deal through quidco. Just looking for any advice really?0

Anyone have any opinions?0

Your gas consumption is unfeasibly low for a property with gas CH and DHW-the average is about 3 times that, so I'd recheck your figures. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Avoid npower, quidco will take 1 year to pay out anyway, longer fix just means more expensive now. While prices are certain to go up, nobody knows what will be on offer in 2015.
Anyone considering npower should wait a while to see if their complaints reduce following the introduction of their new billing system and website revamp0 -

These were the figures on my annual statement, it's seems reliable to me. I hardly had the heating on this winter. I just called EDF and gave them my latest meter readings. My usage from 4/5/12 to 17/5/13 is 2777KWh for electricity and 4883KWh for gas.0 -
Is there anyone who could help me out?0

Take into accout that you will be paying the higher price for a lot longer, the saving isnt worth it on eitherDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

What would you recommend? Energy prices always go up.0

they do but not as much as fixed, remember if you fix now you are paying atleast x5 months at a lot higher. I recomend sainsburys July 14Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it.
