Flight cancellation refund with SAS - Time frame


Long story short:

SAS cancelled flight over 14 days before departure (inbound) and could not offer alternatives so a partial refund was agreed.

Refund was applied on the 29th of January 2013 and is still pending.

Has anyone had any experience on average waiting time with them? The payment method was credit card and yes, it was through a travel agent. The claim has been filed with the airline but apparently is in pending status.

Any previous experience with SAS would be appreciated. Could not find a dedicated thread with the search tool for this airline.

    Why a partial refund?
    Full refund within 7 days is the requirement. The credit card company are also jointly liable for this under section 75 of the consumer credit act.
    Time for a NBA letter to SAS. I'd also register your discontent with the card company.
