Yup that's the correct address.
Just send a copy of your <whatever it says on your contract>th bill off; they'll send you a text message when they've received it and you should get a cheque in the post in 30 - 60 days0 -
Send it recorded (provided you've just received the 4th bill), make sure its a copy and u've attached a letter or the cut out slip with your details for the cashback claim. CPW will text u when they receive/start to process it.. usually a week or two after u send it to the phone ur claiming the cashback for.ummm...0

My claim form has the old Wednesbury address, which worked for me in Feb - should I use this address this time? Please help, I'm stressing.Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!0

No. definitely send to the Dunstable address (although if you did send it to the VERY old address it should be redirected).0

Hi
In the process of sending off for my first cashback.
Can someone please confirm this address is correct?
Redemptions
PO BOX 4311
DUNSTABLE
LU6 9BJ
Do i just send a copy of the 4th bill via registered post and sit back and wait?
Thanks in advance
Yep thats right.
Shouldn't be a problem.
Remember you've got 60days!!!!!!! Also ring them up in a few days to see if the've got it. Never hurts to be thorough.0 -
They don't have a time limit on redemptions any more, you can now send your bills whenever without having to worry about it expiring. Obviously the sooner you send them off, the quicker you'll get your cheque0

I sent my first CPW chequeback claim in by Special Delivery to the Dunstable address on 19th May. Txt confirmation received soon after. Their customer service advisor had previously informed me that payment would be made within 30 days of reciept.
It arrived today, 1 day over !No problems

I don't think thats true - you can prove me wrong though.
I think that applies ONLY to upgradses.0 -
hi i am in same position do i need to send the actual bill or will a photocopied one do? and is it best to send it recorded / special delivery or normal?0

Different contracts have different rules -I would take a colour copy for yourself just in case and let them have the original - then they can't complain!0
