Scottish Power £50 cashback
Wonder if anyone can help. Parents swapped to Scottish Power for Gas & Electricity after my seeing the £50 cashback deal on MSE. £25 received for gas but due to delay in Electricity being swapped that £25 never received.
Scottish Power are now saying I have to contact MSE but how?

Just wanted to update the forum to say I contacted Scottish Power via the email address given here and they very helpfully resolved the issue to our satisfaction and a cheque has been received today.
