£50 cashback scottish power

I recently (well, August?) switched to scottishpower through topcashback, and was paid 42.42 earlier this month.0

Same Question Here. I joined Scottish Power in late Jan 2013, and became a scottish Power customer on 01/03/13. I was sure it was through a link on Money Saving Expert. Has anyone done this through a link on this site, and got their cashback? If so, when did you get the money?0

Started the switch to Scottish Power in September 2012, through Quidco. Quidco said it can take up to five months to get £42 cashback.
Switch completed in October.
Got the £42 Cashback in January.
Quidco deducted £5 annual fee, so I actually got £37 in my bank account.
The main problem is the tracking mechanism can be blocked by the browser, e.g. Internet Explorer, so you need to check in the Quidco (or Topcashback) account. I find Safari tends not to block tracking.0 -

I switched to EDF which all went live early in September 2012. I got my cashback into my bank account from Energylinx (via special MSE link) before end of September.
Have you followed the terms and conditions of the specific offer you went for? Have you checked your bank account (or cashback account if you used a cashback site) to see if the cashback was paid?0 -
I think it will take 3 months for the cheque to be sent. I also joined SP late Jan andSame Question Here. I joined Scottish Power in late Jan 2013, and became a scottish Power customer on 01/03/13. No one can help you if you can't even remember which site you allegedly went through for cashback.0 -
Customers who applied using the MSE link should get their cashback by cheque up to 4 weeks after the date they transfer to ScottishPower“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Scottish Power. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

Thanks to the Scottish Power Representative and to all those who have tried to help. You have confirmed that there was a link through MSE. It is encouraging to hear that the money will be through about a month after joining. All good news.

If you had read my post (number 3) you would realise that I was pretty certain I had started off in Money Saving Expert, but that I wasn't sure which site I had gone through to next after clicking on the MSE link.0
