On the bottom of all three letters it says ' further information including how to pay, the right to appeal etc can be Lund on the reverse of this notice'.
On the back it says on bold ' please note: the popla service is only available for parking events dated from the 1st October 2012 and popla will not accept an appeal, if you have not appealed to parking eye in the first instance'.
Will it make any difference that iam not the registered keeper?0 -

See my reply above, in post #5 - they have broken the law. You just need to tell them and the car park owner/occupier in a written complaint. EASY.
(Do people glaze over that much when I post about Equality Act breaches? Even when I've said they've broken the law and you can sue them if they pursue it once you've told them you were feeding a baby & pointed out the law? This one is soooo easily dealt with and should have been a complaint at the outset)!!okay got it thanks I will get a letter written out. Thank you

Hii sent a letter back to the appeals department, a very good one stating they would be breaking the law if they harassed me with any more letters as they now know I was nursing my baby.
Got a letter back today think its one they just print out and send to everyone who appeals saying they want proof I was shopping!
Going to send a letter back saying I did but dont have the receipts any more and as I stated in my first letter should they continue to Persue me any me I will be suing them.
What do you think?0 -

Yep, just reiterate that it's an Equality Act breach. Say it all again, bore the pants off them with it to wear them down!
Say to them again, with this links/attachment, that nursing mothers CANNOT legally be harassed for the time taken or place chosen to feed a baby. You're covered by the Act, if breastfeeding and show them that this summarises the law:
http://www.babyfeedinglawgroup.org.uk/thelaw/feedinginpublic
Say that if they continue to harass you then you will complain to the DVLA, BPA and the Information Commissioner because they have no right to use, store or share your data now they are aware that they had 'NO REASONABLE CAUSE' to get it in the first place. And that if you hear any more about it you'll make a small claim for monetary damages against them and their client in the car park jointly.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you, I plan to use a letter from the link you put up as a draft for my own
What a waste of my precious time having to tell them again. My husband says we should send a copy of the letter to all the managers at the retail park0 -
Don't think parking eye seem to be getting the message!
Had another letter from them saying my 'appeal has been unsuccessful. This is because you have not provided sufficient evidence to show that you did not break the terms and conditions on the signage. We also note that a number of your queries are of a generic nature, a number of which we have seen before. please see parking eyes answers to frequently asked questions'.
This time they have supplied POPLA reference and appeals form for POPLA.
I haven't as of yet been back into the shops to give them copies of my letter.
This is really getting to me now, carnt they just leave me alone0 -
Did those terms and conditions say you have to spend money in the shop (hence them asking for receipts)? I bet they don't. That means, yet again, PE seem to have a secret clause in their contract which the poor motorist is not privy to. Or are they just making it up as they go along? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I think they must make it up as they go along!0

Wise words from Coupon-mad! I quoted the Equality Act to Parking Eye, and got a very nice 'gesture of goodwill' letter from them within a week or so!!0 -
Nelf, I quoted the equality act and they just keep sending me letters0
