I've had just the name, town and postcode, no house or street number before. How some people manage in life amazes me.

Had a good one last week when an item was returned, and I contacted the buyer who ranted and raved it was my fault and I had photoshopped the delivery address into the paypal payment page and order details page, then had to grovel later when they got home and checked their order details to find I was right.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
The missing parts are the flat number and the street. It does seem that I have an overly suspicious mind, going by everyone's answers.

Just add the flat number on if the rest of the address tallies.

As above, all you need is the number and post code, add the rest in for your peace of mind and send special delivery or courier equivalent making sure you have sufficient insurance.

You have no grounds here for withdrawing from sale.

2 years ago my address was as follows

    Flat 1
    2 Money Road
    Saving
    EXPERT
    EX1 0ZZ

As there was only one postbox at the main entrance, I never bothered writing Flat 1, unless I knew I was going to be in (as then the postman would need to buzz).

Only had 2 items go missing in 2 years and both were from abroad.

When selling, I wrote my return address as 2, EX1 0ZZ. I once received a return with just that as the address (but the postman? had filled in the street name)
