Sky price increase?

I currently have a sky account, it has increased by about £20 as i have been with them for 12 months.
If i cancelled my account, and my father joined as we live at the same address. Would this be classed as a new customer, as then it would be cheaper, and would get some money for joining using Quidco

Not unless you waited over a year. Does he have the same surname as you do?claire8606 wrote: »If i cancelled my account, and my father joined as we live at the same address. Would this be classed as a new customer0 -

Sky have your household registered as a customer. It would be impossible to continue Sky viewing uninterrupted in the manner you describe.claire8606 wrote: »Ok, we have the same surname.0 -
It is based upon address and surname so you could only sign up again with a different name.
Best to cancel and see if they give you a discount - you will need to actually cancel and then wait for them to call back a few weeks later with a really good offer

When you say price increase do you actually mean an offer has now expired?0
