As another poster pointed out its not on a Corsa in fact I am not looking forward to removing mine to clear a drain hole.
Taking the leads off might be easy but getting it out and in properly really needs all the trim removed first.

Anyway there is some of info about similar problems on the interweb and relates mostly to the ECU as to why it will not start again after disconnecting or dead battery
