Your best bet is possibly to sell the tickets on :(
Other options are to pursue complaints with the organisers and also the people who sold you the tickets. If these fail I don't know whether they have an ombudsman or regulator you can complain to.

Other options are to see whether your card provider will help (if you paid on a credit card and paid over 100 they may be able to help in a dispute).
Or you could see whether you have legal cover on your house insurance.

I too am having the same problem! If you get anywhere with this please let me know!

It may be worth you sending a message to Seetickets through their website and see if they say the same to you.

Good idea, although I paid via debit card but it was over £200 - could this still be an option?

I have today spoken with See Tickets and they have agreed a face ticket value refund providing I return the tickets by next Wednesday by recorded delivery!

This was only after sending an email to enquiries@aeglive.com who then contacted See Tickets on my behalf.:D
