Is it worth claiming?

Im not sure whether it is worth my claiming/eligible for any compensation.
First flight Thomas Cook delayed going out of Manchester to Antalya by a couple of hours but going back flight cancelled altogether due to an administration error. Instead put on a flight to Humberside which entailed a coach journey of another few hours onto Manchester
Second grumble paid extra for a direct flight on Air Transat Calgary to Manchester which got cancelled due to lack of bookings so had to go VIA Heathrow. Had to wait at Heathrow over 3 hours for the connection.
Are either grumbles worth pursuing?
