martindow is correct that for a paypal claim the buyer has to have written proof the item is fake.
For an ebay claim the seller has to have proof the item is genuine.

Don't forget that the dog design has changed several times over the years. That wasn't supposed to be patronising, it's just if you are used to the newer style old bags will look odd. Have bought lots of radley from ebay myself and fortunately all have been genuine... Afaik!

I bought a Radley bag from eBay, and it was fine. It was new, and had all the right tags and labels.

I'd look very closely at the pictures, and look very carefully at the sellers feedback before buying another one, though

martindow - is there a slight error in your post aove - would it be the buyer has to show its a fake rather than the seller? I now have one of the buyers saying it was bought in a department store and as it has a pink bag it cant be a fake - well, I will contact Radley, post it to them and ask their opinion. I hope they take legal action against people who knowingly sell fakes.
Thank you - more than a slight error. That's the last time I'll be smug about people confusing buyers and sellers!

As SteveE2 says open a case via Ebay to get your money back first.
