Bear in mind, that Annual Leave days/hrs may be calculated calculated from your CONTRACTED hrs, not from overtime.
So, if I am contracted for 24 hrs a week, I am entitled for 134 hrs a year. Let's say I am contracted for two 12hrs-shifts a week, so it would give me 11 days of Annual Leave, which is equal to 5.5 weeks.
However, if I work overtime, and do 4 days of 12hrs-shifts, still only 134 hrs of AL, 11 days, which only give me about 3 weeks if I work overtime all the time. Unfortunately.

Regardless of you shift pattern or how many days a week you work you are entitled to 5.6 weeks leave per year
