Problems with Nokia Lumia 800

Heya my Nokia Lumia 800 for some reason sometimes decides to freeze the screen stays locked and I can't turn it off of get off the screen i'm on, even trying to plug it in doesn't work. Then all of a sudden it turns off and I have to wait to restart it again.
I need some help!

Sounds like it's something that you'll have to get repaired under warranty to be honest.

You should be able to kill it by holding in the power button for 10 secs though, rather than waiting for it to come back to life.

There may well be a misbehaving app that is causing the issue - and of course, all a repair centre will do is wipe and reformat.

Likely to be a operating system software problem. Have you tried plugging the phone into the Zune computer software? If not then give it a try and see if any software updates are available that might cure the problem.

If that doesn't work then take the phone back to the retailer to have it repaired.
