You need to make sure that the filter is on the very first socket that comes into the house. We have added various extensions etc and although had put filters on every socket with a piece of equipment in it we had forgotten that there was an original socket in an obscure part of the house which led to all the others. Once we had put a filter there it was all fine so you need to trace you phone back to the outside.
