Orange.
Hi.
I normally only ever see the bad side of companies posted on this website so I thought I'd make a change and share a good side.
My Partner got a contract with Orange in Jan 2013 for £36 a month,
Unlimited Minutes, Unlimited Texts, 1GB data.
Recently he has been nagging me to let him get Deezer (an app that plays music) but at £9.99 a month I've been telling him no way.
By chance I came across some info that Orange to swapables (which would mean he could possibly get 'Deezer' at a reduced price. So I phoned Orange to enquire about it. I was told he could switch to £41pm and lose some of his minutes and would get a swapable.
I think I must have made one of my 'hmm' noises because he then said to wait a minute and he'll just talk to his supervisor. 2 minutes later he's back offering £36 a month, Unlimited texts, Unlimited Minutes, 1GB data and a swapable. (so we'd just get an extra swapable for free).
Result = Very good customer service + a very happy OH
(I think there should be more 'good stories', they'd make a nice change) :rotfl:
