To switch provider or not?

At the moment I am with EE, I pay them £25 per month which gets me unlimited downloads, 7mbps and free evening and weekend calls and includes the BT line rental. I have been with them 3 years now, not had any major issues apart from speeds can be slow in the evenings, Every time my contract is up I end up renewing as I can't find anything cheaper or better.

I live in an area with no LLU at the exchange so line rental is going to always have to be paid to be. Is there anything on par or better than EE?

A lack of LLU providers does not mean that you have to pay line rental to BT. There are dozens of BT resellers.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
